چکیده

Circulating nucleic acids (CNAs) are defined as RNA and DNA that are detected in biological fluids devoid of cellular material [1]. Free CNAs in the bloodstream have the potential to serve as biomarkers for certain cancers and disease states [2]. Free circulating RNA and exosomal RNA in the plasma and serum are generally present as short fragments ranging from 22 to 1000 nt [3]. The exosomes, which are 40to 100nm membrane vesicles, contain cellspecific proteins, lipids, and RNAs and can be found in saliva, blood, urine, amniotic fluid, and malignant ascitic fluids, among other biological fluids [4].
